1. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location.
Order Tracking: Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

2. Returns & Refunds Your satisfaction is top priority at Zora Studio.

Unopened & Unused Products: We welcome returns on unopened, unused items in their original factory-sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Hygiene Standards: To protect all our customers, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned or refunded due to strict health and safety guidelines.
Initiating a Return: Please reach out to our team with your order number to start a return. Please note that return courier fees for change-of-mind purchases are covered by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the items. We will immediately arrange a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
Once an order enters processing or has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.
